7/22/2021 Scott asked where to send a sanitary sewer lagoon flow meter replacement request. I advised him that a work record request for the assignment of a DNR project manager should be submitted as an attachment in an email to [email protected] using the Work Record Request form available at https://www.iowadnr.gov/Environmental-Protection/Water-Quality/Wastewater-Construction/Construction-Permits. The email subject line should include "Work Request – Facility – Work Title". An automated response will be sent to the requestor acknowledging DNR receipt of the work request.
