7/12/2021	Chlorine feed pump shut off at Army Post ASR so there may have been a few minutes of low chlorine water entering the DS. Everything worked as it should insofar as the shutdown of the well pump. 5-6 minutes of <0.3 mg/L chlorine into the DS. They are making adjustments so the well shuts down sooner when low residual is seen. He doesn't think it reached Norwalk, rather McMullen WTP pushed it over to the airport booster station since Norwalk's demand is low right now and mostly coming from the new joint McMullen booster.
