6/18/2021	Virtual meeting with company officials and engineer as well as IDNR permit writer and FO staff. Met to discuss the compliance schedule for chloride and the construction schedule for nutrient reduction. They've been a little delayed by COVID-19 and other factors and construction was not completed by the 5/1/21 deadline. They anticipate completion of the project in July, but are awaiting a permit from WS engineering. The permit/schedule cannot be amended as it is expired. Nor can it be reissued until the stream classification work is completed. Therefore, it appears that they will need to continue to operate under the existing permit for some time and the final chloride limits will go into effect on 11/1/21. We asked that the keep us in the loop and provide written status updates at the time of each milestone in the schedules. They may end up with a few NOVs, but as long as they continue to work toward final compliance, the FO can use their enforcement discretion.	SHEILA BLY
