6/15/2021	John sent an email stating that an asbestos remediation firm from Monticello, IA took asbestos outside of the Boone SLF planning area for disposal. I checked with Jeff (319-361-4535) with the company. He said in the interest of time, he took it to the landfill at Milan, Ill. I told John that this was legal.	BILL GROSS
