4/30/2021	Richard called to check if the new property owners had permission to build an AFO. He stated that they are starting to dig a hole at the site. I verified that an MPP was received last year, and the owners are authorized to construct. Richard did not allege that there were any DNR violations, but he was concerned that the dirt pile and the excavation equipment are on his adjoining property. He will check with the sheriff or his attorney regarding the trespassing issue.	SCOTT WILSON
