4/23/2021 Southeast Polk Bondurant Distribution Sample Inbox Casey, Nathan 2:57 PM (6 minutes ago) to me, Jeff, Mike, Josh Janet, As we discussed on the phone, the free and total ammonia analyzer we use to report the daily distribution samples for the Southeast Polk/Bondurant system is not functioning. We need Hach to come out and make a repair for this analyzer. We don’t have a timeframe for this right now, but last time we had this problem it took a few weeks. The distribution monochloramine analyzer is still functioning and all the equipment at the Bondurant booster station is also still functioning. As we discussed, we’ll take a distribution grab free and total ammonia once a week. We’ll also do a nitrite once a week. We’ll do both of these until we get the analyzer working again.
