4/6/2021	During a recent routine inspection, it was noted that the GW lowering tile did not daylight on the property. A letter was sent documenting what type of GW lowering tiles were installed, in the attched documents. I provided guidance to Mr. Rothe who stated it would be completed at the end of June 2021.
