4/6/2021	Director Fox called and said that Allan Powell of Jendro Sanitation wanted to bring 1,700 tons of recyclables and dispose of them at the landfill; Powell said they were "contaminated" and no longer recyclable. I explained that recyclables could not be landfilled, but if they legitimately could not be recycled, then they were solid waste and could be landfilled. I advised Mr. Fox to get written documentation from Jendro that the materials were not recyclable, and maintain it on file.	DAVID MILLER
