3/17/2021	Sandy McGrath, Wright County Environmental Health, called to let this office know that she had received a call from a conservation board employee that reported foamy water in the creek north of Daybreak Foods. Sandy was headed out to take a look at the creek. When she arrived she called and reported that she didn't find anything terribly alarming. She took several pictures and told me that the area had received ~2 of rain on Sunday before switching to snow overnight and then received 3"-4" of snow. She said the road was very muddy in the areas that cross the creek and sent a picture of a significant mud puddle that was still running off to the creek at 310th St & Buchanan Ave. She said she believes the foam milky color in the creek is being caused by rain and snow melt run-off. From the pictures she sent I agreed. I told her to let us know if she received any other reports and that if I or someone was in the area we would stop by and check things as well.	DAN BRATRUD
