3/10/2021	On Monday, March 8, 2021, I texted Gary Chamness the following message: Hi Gary, FYI. Brian Lee visited the Eddyville site today, and I had him leave a copy of the letter we just wrote with Richard and left one for Doug. Your copy will go in the mail tomorrow. The letter formalizes that we need to see: 1. East and west drain pipes reinstalled, 2. Old cured compost that's been on pad greater than 6 mons must be screened and moved offsite or land applied, 3. Windrows established. All this to be done by July 1 or compost operation permit gets put on hold and no additional feedstocks brought onsite until items 1-3 are complete. Call me with questions if you want. Kurt --------- This text message was sent to notify Gary that Brian Lee was onsite and hand delivered one copy of a letter I wrote and signed explaining the three primary steps that must be completed by the self imposed deadline that Gary told DNR Management back this past late summer in his office.
