2/16/2021	Called as a potential buyer of this site. After we talked, I sent him the following email: 567 Iowa Administrative Code 65.2(8) requires that, “As soon as practical but not later than six months after the use of an animal feeding operation is discontinued, all manure shall be removed from the discontinued animal feeding operation and its manure control facilities and be land–applied.” However, keep in mind, as long as you are making progress and communicating the progress to us, we can work with you on the timeframe. After purchase of the site, you will need to either submit a MMP w/in 60 days or contact me with your plans for closure. Also, as we discussed, this site has quite the collection system lines (I believe Maschoffs have a map of these) and each building has shallow pits. The pits and lines will need to be completely flushed.	ALISON MANZ
