2/11/2021	My response: As long as you maintain 'some' animals on-site during that year, you should be okay....the rules don't specify time frame if 'some' animals are on-site. Just make sure you continue to manage the synthetic lined lagoon like it was still in full operation.	ALISON MANZ

2/11/2021	It was nice talking with you this morning. I spoke with Kelli and was advised that, as we correctly discussed this morning, the rules don't have clear guidance for the number of animals that must be maintained on-site (see definition below). We suggest that you make a 'good faith effort' by keeping more than just a few animals on-site at all times. I know this is probably not the straight forward answer you were expecting, but it's the best we can offer. We will keep your animal unit capacity as is.	ALISON MANZ
