2/15/2021 RE: PFAS RESULT Inbox Mitchell, Jeff 10:48 AM (1 minute ago) to me That’s what we were looking for. I think the HAB HA caught us off guard with the early detection notification and the shortened time frame (2 day vs 10 day)for high results. Just making sure we are all on same page with this one. Our current protocol does not have confirmation sampling included, which is why proper sample collection will be so important. Public notification would be the next step if the HA was exceeded. Not that I think we will ever get there but just to make sure we know how to respond, Say we would get a result above 70, would that trigger the PN or do we recollect to confirm? For the HA is there any sort of early notification we have to send out if we detect it but are under 70 ng/L? Something similar to microcystin? Are you able to provide me with a copy of the results from the December 2020 monitoring DMWW did for PFAS and which form was detected in the finished water? I didn't get much from Roger. Thanks!
