1/27/2021	Don wanted to know if they had to do weekly load inspections. Here is my email response: Weekly is a good frequency, but you are not held to that frequency. You need to regularly check loads chosen randomly. If you're finding a lot of illegal waste, you should do it more frequently; if you don't see much, you can do it less frequently. You should be checking loads from different entities--not always the same company.	BILL GROSS
