12/29/2020 Chris called to report that they have had some personnel changes in Britt, including the plant manager. With the staff changes and the limitations on outside personnel entering the facility, they have not yet collected the quarterly monitoring well samples. Chris was going to try to get there today to collect them, but with the weather, he will be unable to get them taken this month. I told him to include some notes on the December MOR and be sure to collect them ASAP. We also discussed the new LAOP that they will likely be getting soon. The application was submitted in September and their permit expires in March, so he just wondered about the timeframe and how the new permit would be transmitted. I directed him to the permit writer, Deb Schiel-Larson. SHEILA BLY
