12/16/2020 Google meeting with Mark Fields, Brian Hutchins, Jeremy Arndt, John Curtin, Holly Vandemark and Wendy Wittrock (DNR) and AJ Lyman and Trent from the City of Shenandoah regarding the compliance issues with the air curtain. Reports have showed non-compliance with opacity. The 3 hour annual opacity test for 2019 and 2020 have not been completed. The facility is required to submit a compliance plan to Mark Fields by January 10, 2021 to address how the facility plans to get back into compliance so that their Title V permit can be re-issued.
