12/8/2009	I called Tom as follow-up to the recent inspection and to ask why we had stopped receiving the monthly report. He said he understood what needs to be reported but had mistakenly assumed it would not be due until full production began. He said they have physically removed a portion of pipe so the effluent line to the stream is now disconnected.	CURT KRIEGER
