12/3/2020 Nancy responded with: The liner bubbles were on the angled side of lagoon like shown below, not the deepest part of the lagoon. This fall we had pumped below the level of the bubbles to fix those and that is what I included in the photos in the previous email. To fix these issues, the Raven crew pulled the liner back together best they could, cut new material, and welded it to the existing liner using wedge and extrusion welders. They had a three person crew and the leader doing the repair has been doing this for over two decades. Besides the liner bubble areas we noticed last year, they also traveled all around the lagoon and patched any other little issues they ran across (deer tracks that have poked the liner etc.) ALISON MANZ
12/3/2020 After Nancy B. submitted the liner repair email on 11/15/20 I asked for clairification on a few things such as, The last time I was there we noticed the liner bubbling to the surface from the floor of the lagoon. In looking at the photos it looks like some liquid in the bottom of the lagoon remains. We're you able to verify and/or fix those areas as well? Also, how were repairs made? ALISON MANZ
