12/8/2009	Steve Mochenhaupt is with CRA and is assisting Primera Foods near Britt. Mr. Mochenhaupt was inquiring about communities that had digesters that might be willing except waste from a DAF. I listed Britt, Algona, Forest City and Clear Lake. It was indicated that it would be up to the cities whether or not to accept the waste and that most likely a treatment agreement would be needed. Primera has a land application permit but is concerned that they will not be able to land apply in the winter.	JEFF VANSTEENBURG
