11/20/2020	Dave wanted to know if he could accept derecho tree burn ash, and if he can, what can he do with it. I told him he could accept it. He should set it aside for awhile to ensure it's burned out. Then he can use it to mix with soil for cover or to dry out roadways.	BILL GROSS
