11/9/2020	Joe Ruetter (515-432-1955) called and wanted to have someone look at the black deposits at the bottom of the waterway leading from the Boone Co. SLF. He said there was no flow now. I contacted John Roosa and he agreed to contact Joe and meet him on-site. He said there have been no contaminated overflows from the sediment basin.	BILL GROSS
