11/6/2020	Bob Seddon, manager at a local business, located south of Cargill, called asking what is being done at Chamness to address the odor. He said the HVAC at his building brings the odor inside and his staff complain about it and experience headaches because of it. I explained where they've been (2018) through 2019 which was a wet year, to 2020 after hiring Richard Swan to get the site cleaned up and operating correctly again. I explained the slop is drained but now the dried out piles are smoking and burning and until they get them dug out, the smoke will likely continue. Bob said that all made sense and is looking forward to them getting the smoke and odor under control.	KURT LEVETZOW
