11/6/2020	Laura Lynn, resident of Eddyville, called asking what is being done at Chamness to address the odor. I explained where they've been (2018) through 2019 which was a wet year, to 2020 after hiring Richard Swan to get the site cleaned up and operating correctly again. I explained the slop is drained but now the dried out piles are smoking and burning and until they get them dug out, the smoke will likely continue. I sent her several photos showing how far they've come. She appreciated the explanation and photos.	KURT LEVETZOW
