12/7/2009	I called Leroy to ask him what he's done or doing, to prevent stormwater from carrying sediments offsite and onto Mrs. Stogdill's property to the north. Leroy said he's going to block off the opening in the solid fence, and possibly install gutters to keep the amount of water down from running across the property (the gutters would redirect the water toward the east.
