10/26/2020	Tim Pudenz called regarding proposed repairs to ensure total containment at his confinement by eliminating outlets where manure was observed during the inspection. He plans to install water stop on the inside of the holes and then cement shut. Per an email from Paul Petitti on 10/26/20, "I think his idea should be fine. Just make sure the hole is fairly clean inside and not half full of manure." I contacted Mr. Pudenz and advised what Paul directed. Mr. Pudenz will contact me when final repairs have been made.
