12/7/2009	Mike paged me. When I called him he reported that the finished water chlorine sensor at the Maffitt plant was malfunctioning. They were testing the chlorine residual manually every 15 minutes. They continued to work on the sensor, but he wanted to know if they had to continue 15 minute testing over the weekend if they don't get it fixed. He said they were producing 15 MGD. He said the chlorine residual within the plant is being continuously monitored. I told him they must test at least hourly until the finished water sensor is operational.	BILL GROSS
