10/20/2020	Tim Pudenz questioned if adding a cap to a coupling would constitute permanent fix with regard to his inspection where all outlets must be eliminated and total containment must be maintained. Mr. Pudenz was advised that he should consult a P.E. or Contractor who would have a better idea. The plan should be submitted to the DNR for approval prior to implementation. A permit is not required, but will ensure the repair will be permanently eliminated and not leak.	KRISTI BURG
