9/11/2020	9/11/2020 1121: Returned a call to Richard Wilcox of Bloomfield regarding records. He mentioned that they were able to get in touch with the former Director of Public Works and get the missing records from 2019 (Jan, Feb, and March) and that he would be sending them. I informed him that I had already sent the report out and indicated the lack of records as a deficiency but to go ahead and send them and that way it will show that it was addressed quickly. I also mentioned that if he needed any help with ensuring they have the proper records going forward that I had intended to make a stop back at the plant in the next quarter.	JON RYK
