8/21/2020 Army Post Road ASR Inbox x Adams, Mike 1:14 PM (31 minutes ago) to me, Kyle Janet, We did not meet CT for 15 minutes at the APR ASR yesterday. The hypo pump failed. The programming was supposed to shut the pump off in 9 minutes. The program did not work. Operator shut the well down 15 minutes after receiving a low chlorine alarm. A small amount of low chlorine water did enter the distribution system. The chlorine analyzer at the Norwalk booster station did show a brief chlorine residual drop. The residual was below 0.3 mg/L for 7 minutes. We will note this on the MOR. JANET GASTINEAU
