On the cover page be sure to select the month and year from the dropdown lists. Just to clarify the flow, that is the flow for that day and not the whole month, right? It should be flow for one 24 hour period. For Copper, enter the lab result of <0.01 in the mg/l column. The form will enter a < in the mass column and the headers will stay red, but that's ok.
