7/29/2020	Received a call from Avis Pruin, a gardener at the VA Medical Center on 07/23/2020. Avis was concerned about storm water runoff causing erosion next to the new parking ramp. On 7/24/2020 I met with Avis at the VA Medical Center. Runoff from an entry road was resulting in erosion of a steep slope. The only control measure to slow the runoff was a filter sock. I recommended a long term solution of building a retaining wall to secure the slope and also looking for a way to divert water. In the interim, a silt fence will be installed next to the entry road.
