7/27/2020	Mr. Guttau contacted me on 7/24/20 to provide an update on the requirements of the complaint investigation. Mr. Guttau stated that the county completed the ditch cleaning on the north side of the road and placed a grassed matting cover in the ditch for erosion. In addition the open lot area west of the feedlot pens had a terrace added to help contain any flow that would travel south to that road ditch. Erosion in the field between the pens and the ditch was repaired and reseeded. Mr. Guttau also stated that the county repaired the sluff on the southside of the road and seeded it down to provide better erosion control. No structures have been added to the SE corner of the main open lots yet, but Mr. Guttau is working on a plan to provide better control of solids in that area.	WENDY WITTROCK
