7/7/2020	Dave Wittry called today to ask about tearing out the small below ground concrete manure structure between the two slurrystore structures. He said that that structure had not been used for several years and they wanted to remove it. They used to utilize it when they aerated manure. He asked about pumping it out onto the ground where a nearby tile intake would dump in out onto a grassed waterway. I required that they pump it out and land apply it agronomically on the application fields in the event there were any nutrients left in the tanks after the last use. He agreed to do that and I will document it in its empty stage when I am onsite to do the site survey for the new Slurrystore or they will provide me with a photo showing it is empty. They plan to have the contractor dig it out when they are onsite in the future to do the dirt work for the new construction.	WENDY WITTROCK
