6/26/2020 I received this email from Chuck: I am wondering about this situation as I have had the well driller call me, Stephenson's call me and also Becky Sexton. The paper that was shared with me that you sent Stephenson's is for an expansion of a site built before 1999 I believe. I shared that chart with Paul Petitti and him let me know that the section you highlighted is the distance table for a confinement structure to certain items. Not for wells to other items. Also a well head of an ag drainage well is not the same thing as a drinking well. My other question is why is this an issue on a site that was built 23 years ago before the master matrix system was in place? My response: I'm not sure about the paper that was shared with you or what highlighted portion you are referencing. I did not reference an ag drainage well and yes, I do understand the difference.... However, attached is the report that was sent to Mr. Stephenson. Maybe this will help clear up any confusion you have and/or answer your questions. I discussed this with Becky Sexton this morning during a routine inspection. I believe she was going to reach out to you as well. If you still have questions, please let me know. ALISON MANZ
