6/25/2020	Regarding the NPDES permit, the renewal can NOT be submitted early because this is a VTA site and will need to run the model prior to permit renewal. Also, while the NPDES permit should be amended, I discussed with Marlon and because of his current workload he would prefer the permit not be amended and that when the renewal occurs next year, the application should include the amendment information. The NMP is still due 8/3/2020 and should account for both confined and open animals. If you want to align this with the NPDES permit, you will need to submit it twice.	ALISON MANZ
