6/11/2020	Carl Haffner and Adam Zilmer from Ajinomoto called after a neighbor to the facility contacted them regarding Chamness' compliance status. I told them that we continue to work with the facility to achieve compliance, but that they are generally not in compliance with their permit/operations plan at this time. Carl indicated that they utilize Chamness for disposal of some material but have the opportunity to move that product elsewhere as needed. They want to be good stewards and not contribute to any problems with Chamness or the environment. They will likely take their product elsewhere at this time.	BRIAN LEE
