5/20/2020 I emailed Kelli Book with the Iowa DNR Legal Section with this information. Kelli suggested a letter from the corporation detailing the ownership of the LLC or change in the ownership of the LLC to be submitted to Field Office 5. I called Brian Ritland with this information and recommended they include the name and contact information of the Registered Agent of the corporation in the letter. Brian said whey will send the letter when the transaction is completed. BILL GIBBONS
5/20/2020 On Wednesday, May 19, 2020 I was contacted by Brian Ritland And Amber Gilmore with Pinnacle. They called on Behalf of Grand River Cattle Company, LLC. There is going to be a change in the principal ownership of the corporation from several parties to three brothers who will each own 1/3 of the shares. The corporation and corporate structure will remain the same, in effect the same corporation will still own and operate the site. Brian and Amber wanted to know what documentation, if any need to be submitted to the Iowa DNR. BILL GIBBONS
