4/29/2020	Mike reported the facility will be down for April-June quarter and asked if the CGA and CEMS reporting was required during this time. I contacted Brian Hutchins who explained the CGA would not be required, but the report should be submitted just stating that the plant was not in operation. I also asked Mike for an old EE written report that I did not have record of, which he then submitted electronically.	DAVID KNOLL
