4/29/2020	Had a video meeting with Brian Harthun and Jill Morse, consultants for the landfill from Foth Infrastructure and Environmental. We discussed the NMOC reporting and the plan for installing new gas collection by October. A new Tier II report will be done at that time. If the gas collection system cannot be constructed in that time frame, the company will be doing well tests to meet the annual testing requirement for NMOC. They also said that they would provide tracking information on when the flare was not operating. A letter explaining all of this will be emailed to me next week.	CLARK OTT
