11/25/2009	Bamsey, engineer-consultant for the landfill, had questions on whether material from a structure fire in Postville would have to be tested before it was considered ACWM. I told him that it would be assumed to be ACWM unless tests were done to prove otherwise. For the number of samples required he would have to ask Marion Burnside.
