4/6/2020	Dave called and reported that they are now taking payments by credit card over the phone. he said some people from Marshall County have come in. He wondered what to do with them. I told him to accept the waste and inform them that they need to go to the Marshall Co. SLF (call ahead) hereafter. I suggested Dave temporarily place a roll-off container to keep citizens away from the working face.	BILL GROSS
