4/2/2020	Mike reported the plant is currently in standby and not producing any product, therefore haul roads are not in use. He asked if sweeping was still required. I explained that the Haul Roads permit 05-A-805-S7 states sweeping is to be conducted on Mon, Wed, and Fri, however it contains the condition that: Paved road flushing and sweeping need not occur when the facility experiences no haul road traffic on that calendar day. Therefore no sweeping is required if the haul roads are not in use.	DAVID KNOLL
