4/1/2020	Damion called with a couple questions regarding submittal of his TV Annual Certification report and whether or not he needs to report deviations on his annual cert and file an excess emissions report for exceeding the silt loading rate on an unpaved road shared with Linwood. I didn't think he had to also file an EER but i asked someone in AQB (Reid B) and will get back to Damion when i verify with Reid.	KURT LEVETZOW
