2/21/2020	Matt from Solid Waste and WW Engineering confirmed that no additional permits are needed for the landfill lagoon. As built drawings and closure plan updates will be needed. He emailed Byran Bross. The City's NPDES ww permit is the permit in place for final treatment and discharge. I passed the info along the Chuck via email.
