2/20/2020	Bryan (Engineer wiht Klinger) sent a final plan for wastewater improvements. A lagoon will plan to be grated to hold leachate andf the city will haul form that lagoon to the ww system. Lagoon will be designed to not discharge. I provided Wastewater Construction Engineering contact info to get the process started. I also discussed via email with DNR SDP engineer Matt Graesch and he is on board at this time. No immediate issues on his end.	BRIAN LEE
