2/18/2020	Perry reported that several upsets have occurred with the water supply over the past month or so. In summary, the pressure tanks at the facility were damaged and a booster pump and flow meter also failed. The pressure tanks had to be bypassed and therefore the chlorine injection point was also bypassed and no disinfection was taking place. An advisory was posted in the restrooms advising not to drink the water. Chlorine feed was restored in early February. New pressure tanks will be installed in the next few days. It was determined after the call that the facility is mandatory treatment for chlorine disinfection. The FO is supposed to be notified within 24 hours if disinfection is not taking place, which the facility did not do. I contacted Perry again and requested to view the repairs made to the system and we agreed to meet 2/20/20. The DNR central office was also made aware of the treatment/reporting violation.
