2/10/2020	Mike stated he's considering building a confinement calf barn and adding 100 hd calves from another facility. We discussed that because he's over 1000 AU's and he'd be adding 100 hd and new barn a permit and new MMP would be required, not sure about matrix. I recommended he discuss with his consultant, Troy Peterson, as he has not done so yet.	BRIAN JERGENSON
