2/10/2020	Kent called to inquire about the water use reporting requirements, specifically collecting the static and pumping well water depth information. I found a file on the DNR site that explained the expectations for these measurements. Kent was concerned that to get an accurate pumping measurement, several hours of pumping to waste would be needed and result in water not being available to the facility. I advised he contact the Water Use Section for clarification on the matter. I later followed up with Kent who explained he had visited with Chad Fields (DNR) and determined a workable solution.
