2/5/2020	At 14:32 on 2/5/2020, Dennis Kuehl left a message for me asking if he could text the freeboard measurements required in his recent AO to me and stating that he needed to fill in the holes where the fan pipes went through the pit walls. At 15:29 on the same date, I left a message for Mr. Kuehl indicating that he could email the freeboard measurements to me at dan.olson@dnr.iowa.gov and that the method of repair for the pit fan holes would need to be approved by Paul Petitti.
