2/3/2020	Ed said Mr. Britt is going to build a new confinement hoop barn with no additional AU's. Asking whether submittal of an original MMP with $250 would be necessary. Ed intends to submit an original MMP with the CDS either way. I stated if AU's are not changing filing fee is not necessary but send compliance fee as usual and 4-year clock for a full plan will start upon review.	BRIAN JERGENSON
